Galian’s primary objective is our customer’s complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully content with any of the items purchased from us, you are allowed 10 days
to return/exchange from the date of purchase. The steps to effectuate a return are as follow:
- Contact us by email at email@example.com or call us at 212-779-5905 to notify us that you are wishing to return.
- We will grant you a Return Authorization number (RA#) once we have reviewed your request. (You are responsible for the returning shipping fray)
- Once we receive the returning package we will either issue you a refund, an exchange, or credit towards your next purchase.
- Note: We only accept items bought directly from www.galianonline.com. In order to receive any refund, exchange, or credit the merchandise must be unused and sent with original package and tags. All SALE MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
In case you receive a handbag that is mistakenly sent or factory damaged:
- Contact us to notify us about your claim
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax us at 212-779-7127 two images of the damaged bag: One of the entire bag and a second image of the defect in the bag
- Once we review the images we will send you a call tag
- We will send you the replacement merchandise once we receive the defective item. In case the item in dispute is not in stock you will receive credit towards your next order. OR WE CAN ISSUE REFUND.
Take into consideration that any unpacked product that is claimed as damaged but is evaluated to be used or damaged in any fashion will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
